The Mi-ray, which takes its name from the Korean for future, is a hybrid sports car that is the first concept car from the Korean arm of GM. A few weeks ago, we brought you some teaser images of the upcoming Volvo S60, and we speculated that it would look just like every other Volvo when it arrived. Well, it’s only the concept, but it looks like I might have to eat my shoes – it looks very good, and very un-Volvo like. When the pictures came in, at first glance I thought it was more images of the Jaguar XF Coupe we saw a couple of weeks ago, but in an odd colour.
2012 BMW 1-Series - now from BMW
When we reported that the 2012 BMW 1 Series had leaked out yesterday, we did say it wouldn’t take long for BMW to release details officially, especially as there were so many official photos of the 2012 1-Series. In the end it took all of 24 hours for BMW to get it together and send us details, which lets us fill in the gaps from yesterday on detail, although there’s really nothing new on the photo front. We know from yesterday that the 2012 BMW 1-Series is bigger than the outgoing car, and that the styling, particularly on the nose, is a more confident statement than before.
